9. Sand road rally

Did you have any energy left over from the summer? Was it always too warm and an easy route? Do the result lists and officialdom of the games bother you? Solve things and come spend a fun cycling day at the Sand road rally! 

Sand road rally is Finland's most traditional Gravel cycling! 

A playful ride with light arrangements, but on an epic route!

Always and forever the day before Father's Day. Note! this year it starts at 11 a.m.

*marked 74 km route with approx. 25 km of sand and approx. 1000 meters of ascent

*front car

*after car

*maybe some traffic controller too

*for those who have dropped out, a ride to the finish line in the trailing car

*timekeeping

*results online

Parking and departure in Vantaankoski. Finish nearby on road 130.

10€ participation fee on site with registration at 10-11.

The 74 km route has a suitable amount of hills and dirt roads. Keep the heat on!

There are no equipment, license, club or equipment requirements. A road/gravel/cx bike and weather-appropriate cycling gear are recommended. Electric assisted bikes max 250w and 25 km/h.
